yesterday i took the kids and libby to pinecrest for the afternoon. while i was sitting there watching them splash around in the very cold water i had a bit of a chuckle to myself. i was thinking over the last post i blogged that talked all about how we have changed our eating, which we have, but i neglected to say that sometimes we indulge too. for at the time of pondering, i was eating a snickers bar!!! lol!
