my helpmate

my how time flies!!! raleigh has been off work for five weeks already. he commented to his mom the other day that he feels busier while not working than he felt while going to work everyday. he has filled his life with many projects to keep himself occupied, and has been an ever so big helpmate to me. we've been sort of tag teaming school these days, as well as sharing more and more housework and meal preparation responsibilities. he's such a good sport that i just had to "dote" on him for a while. i'm already dreading him going back to work. even though the extra money would be nice, i just like having him around.  i hope the next few weeks slow down a bit so we can really embrace this time!
