i lost my first tooth!

candice woke me up this morning with a sound of urgency in her voice. "momma, i have blood in my mouth!" yikes! i sat up fast. "i think it's my tooth", she said. it must have been bumped in her sleep. 

she has been wiggling her two bottom teeth for the past few weeks. ever since kyle started losing his, she wanted to join in. sometimes it's hard to be the youngest and have to wait so long to do the things the rest of the kids are doing. so, even though her teeth weren't lose a the time, her persistence has paid off quickly. 

she visited dr. morrison, the family dentist last week. he told her it was o.k. to wiggle the teeth, they need to come out anyway. it made her all the more excited. she looks forward to seeing him today when we take nana for her cleaning, so she can show him what happened.
